Disclaimer and  Instructions for Overflow Parking at Loyola Hospital

Proviso East Alumni Association NFP 501(C)(3) would like to thank you for your donation to our OVERFLOW PARKING fundraiser. Your support will benefit a deserving Proviso East Senior in receiving a scholarship to further their college education. Please review our disclaimer and parking instructions. Parking Disclaimers and Instructions

Proviso East Alumni Association is not liable or responsible for damage to vehicles while being parked in the parking lots of Loyola Hospital.

Vehicles must check in at the designated registration point to be permitted to park.

Attendees MUST provide proof of purchase (digital or print) and matching photo government ID to be admitted into the lot.

Vehicles must enter the lot from the stop light at 1st Ave and 17th St.

Vehicle entry 8am-2pm ONLY

Permits CANNOT be sold or transferred to another individual.

Vehicles must arrive within the allocated time to ensure assistance from attendants and avoid parking in incorrect lots or spaces.

Pedestrians must cross 1st ave at the designated crossings lanes.

Vehicles MUST keep permit displayed on the driver’s side of the windshield while parked.

NO RE- ENTRY ONCE PARKED
All proceeds will go towards providing scholarships to graduating seniors of Proviso East High School.
